Not many companies provide other language options online, but I contacted several companies (in english). Some didn't even answer. ESG took the time to reply and when I called for assistance they managed to provide everything I needed. Very professional towards their customers, great patience also because of the language barrier sometimes. Perfect information on how fast they could deliver after payment and how much they had in stock. There were several of us that ordered together because we live out of country and were in Germany for a few days to pick up delivery.

I have only positive things to say about the company and would just like to give a little suggestion on broadening language options on the website. Just with that you would be ahead of your competition in Germany and having a wider customer circle. I will order from ESG next time as well and be recommending friends wanting to order from you. They are already asking me to bring them next time we go to Germany.
