It takes a half a year to find out to what extent Allianz can cover my orthodontic treatment. Until today I don't have a clear answer. The costumer service representative is not providing a clear answer to my questions and the solutions he provides always contradicts with his previous solutions and with the information on Allianz website. This is totally unprofessional.
