The process is quick. However, one detail that is confusing: Even before paying, a "Thank You for your Purchase" email is sent out. And then, after payment, only an online thank you screen with policy details appears, but the actual policy document is neither available for download nor immediately sent by email. My suggestion is to better alert the client that the insurance policy will be emailed usually withing x to y hours after purchase. And skip the upfront Thank You for purchasing email which is confusing.
