Unprofessional handling of the Claim. I had purchased a travel insurance policy. We could not travel as planned as my wife was pregnant. Inspite of letter from the Doctor that travel is not recommended, the insurance Company is not willing to setlle the Claim. In almost all conversations, they Keep asking me to give more and more medical documents but never answers my justifications. They wanted me to simply travel and take risk on pregnancy. It is almost 5 months since Claim has been filed. I'm waiting to proceed legally.
