I am very satisfied with the Allianz. As my German language isn't very good I was glad to be assigned to *** who was very capable of presenting, explaining and answering all my questions in English( my mother tongue). He was also very effective in giving me good advice.He was polite, patient and friendly which made our meetings pleasant as well. I would definitely recommend Allianz to others not only because the Insurance is good but also because of the good Customer service.
