finally, I was able to do what I want, without making phone calls, waiting on queue, resending emails, scanning, printing, etc. Congrats Allianz! You made it. It works as it should. The person that made it possible should get a promotion. It rarely happens that I can fill out a form on one of the other websites. It never works. This time I got to the end, and I was able to close my laptop and forget about the problem. Good job!
