Customer service is absolutely incompetent. I needed simple correction of the data I entered online, but it was almost impossible. I had to call 7 (seven) times, and each time they would ask me to call again and dial the different number (and of course, wait at least 15 minutes for someone to answer). So they have been passing me between dialing option 3 and dialing option 4 for all morning. I also tried resolving my problem by e-mail, but they don't answer the e-mails. I sent altogether 3 e-mails (including one where I complained about their customer service). I never got any reply. The last person I talked to yesterday (December 8) was very polite and helpful. This was a big surprise for me, after the experience I had in the previous days. I will stay with this insurance for a year, but I would never recommend them to anyone.
