My axa agent failed to cancel my insurance with my old insurers. I am now insured by my old insurers and by axa. The agent will not correct this problem. His boss will not do anything. The person with whom I spoke when I rang axa promised to refund me my money for the axa insurance. They have not refunded my money. It is a nightmare dealing with axa people in Germany. I used to be insured with axa in Ireland. I wont be using axa for insurance next year. Appalling.
