(sorry, have to write in English, my written German is not on par) First of all, I am so happy with my local AXA representative (*** in ***). When my bag got stolen in Santiago de Chili, I was completely stressed out. I texted *** for help, to ask him what was needed from the police station. It was late Friday afternoon in Germany, but he responded immediately. During the whole process I could always contact him for questions. Back home, I found the whole process easy and fair (the fact that I got only ***% of the price for things I didn´t have the receipt anymore made sense to me). Because of this positive experience, I will stick to AXA for the years to come.
