I first spoke to someone asking her if she can speak English she just hanged up That is not good but i persisted and called in again and the guy that picked the call was really friendly he listened to me and helped me. So i think you should advise your workers like that lady not to just hang up atleast tell me i can't speak English or forward me to your colleague who speaks English
