I havent "seen" or "used" the product yet, which in this case is a good thing, because I hope I wont need it soon. However, I would like to emphasize how much I appreciate standard and efficient processes when it comes down to processes like claiming expenses for your health insurance company. I had a very bad experience with Public Health Insurance, which it was one of the reasons I decided to change. I truly hope I will not need to go through unnecessary steps and reworks and long lead times to get my money if I have to.
