Absolutely horrible experience!! Everytime takes very long to receive a reply, and everytime the reply is "you request is declined"!! I pay for premium dental insurance, however the quality of it is simply below the rocks!! Have requested for insurance cancelation by 01.09.2023 and in spite of my written request was charged for September. Yet, again!!! Can not wait to part my ways with ERGO, and would never recommend it to anyone (((((
