as you know, you are currently having massive problems in dealing with customer requests. This may only apply to the area of supplementary health insurance for teeth.
It took 2 months for my invoice to be processed and for the service to be reimbursed. I always provided the documents requested in the meantime by return of post.
In principle, I have always been satisfied with Ergo and will try to continue to be so.
