Submitting the documents online is easy and the processing is quick. I don't think it's good that the reimbursement is directly linked to the payment from the health insurance company. I don't want to make any profits, I just think it's unfair to the customer if the health insurance subsidy is low to simply reimburse the amount and leave the customer with the majority of the bill.
