As an individual investor, I have been involved with several investment and insurance companies in the United States since the early 1980s. Regarding my description of our meetings as rather exceptional, within the first few minutes, *** created an atmosphere of genuine interest and caring on his part for my financial objectives. He discussed in detail the tentative options available to meet my objectives, and he made sensible recommendations based on his understanding of my objectives and the levels of risk associated with the various options. During our meetings, one or two issues did arise that required additional clarity from Allianz SE, but *** promptly had the answers within 24 hours. It was clear to me if an issue came about that *** did not have the answer to at the time, he would promptly take the steps necessary to understand the issue and provide the answer. For anyone that would like to work with a financial representative with these qualities and in this type of atmosphere, I would highly recommend *** ***
