We are very satisfied with the consultation of ***. The put a lot of effort into explaining every detail of the insurance and make sure that you have no more questions. My husband and I were very lucky to find them especially because they are very nice and friendly people and most importantly they were able to communicate with us in ENGLISH! This made us feel very secure and confident about choosing the correct insurance plan. They were very proactive and this made the entire process very easy. This is our third insurance with them and it was very convenient for us especially during the Corona time that they were able to do both the consultation and contract online (if required they will also do it in person). We definitely recommend them (especially for foreigners who are not native German speakers).
