The whole experience was just amazing! The people on the phone were super friendly! They spoke to the polio le in the bank when I needed it and they explained everything to the bank people who were being a bit snobby! The language was not a barrier! For once in my five years in Germany I thought I was actually taken care of as a customer 🙌
